Q: Which case do I need for my iPad?

A:  With so many iPad’s available it can get confusing when deciding which case to purchase.  If you are unsure which case will work best with your iPad please see the below chart.

Q: Do the cases have access to all buttons, ports and cameras?

A: Yes, all of the buttons, ports and cameras are easily accessible at all times.

 

Q: Why isn’t my sleep/wake feature working?

A: There can be a simple reason for this.  Please try the following troubleshooting options and if you still experience problems contact us directly.

1.  Go to your settings - display & brightness - and confirm the lock/unlock button is enabled.

2.  Turn the iPad on and off to "reboot" it.

3.  Confirm the iPad is in the case correctly making sure you can see the camera through the camera hole on the back.

 

Q: What is the best way to apply the Apple Pencil Holder/Stylus Pocket?

A: For Best Results:  Make sure the surface is clean and free of debris. Position the stylus holder to any non-silicone flat surface on the case (without a stylus inside pocket). Press down firmly on all areas of the holder, then place a 2-5 lbs book or similar object on top of holder for a couple hours to help the adhesive adhere properly (make sure to have the iPad inside the case during the process to prevent any warping issues).

 

Q: Are the cases stable enough to use while I’m in bed?

A: Yes, it's designed to be an extremely stable and secure stand that will not fall over while using it in bed.

 

Q: Is it possible for my iPad to fall out of my case?

A: No. Unlike many other cases, our cases have a patent pending custom internal shell that keeps the iPad securely in place.

 

Q: How thick is a ZUGUCASE with the iPad in it?

Q: Is the screen of the tablet covered and protected when the case is not in use?

A: Yes. When the case is closed and not in use, the screen is completely covered by the top cover of the ZUGUCASE.

 

Q: I placed an order but forgot to set up an account. If I set one up now can I track and see my order?

A: No. Unfortunately if an account is not set up prior to placing an order you will not be able to login and view the order details.

 

Q: I tried to place an order and it was declined. Why does my credit card still show a charge?

A: If an order transaction was declined, the charge will show as a pending charge by your bank. Once the bank confirms the transaction was not completed, the bank will return the funds to your account. This may take up to 48 hours.

International Shipments

 

Q: I placed my International order and have not received it yet. How much longer will it take?

A: If an order ships USPS International First Class or International Priority Flat Rate mail it usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive, however in certain countries delivery may be delayed due to their customs clearance. Delivery times can then range between 4-6 weeks.

 

Q: Why can’t I track my International shipment using the number I received in my confirmation email?

A: If an order ships USPS International First Class it does not provide a tracking number but rather a customs identification number.   It depends on when the receiving country scans the parcel in to update the location of the parcel. These shipments cannot always be tracked but should arrive within 2-4 weeks.
