Ready for a repair? Here's how to start:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including:
- A clear picture (natural lighting helps!)
- Your Zugu order number
- Confirmation that you have an AppleCare+ membership
- Once we confirm eligibility — limit one time coverage per customer — go ahead and submit your iPad to Apple for repair.
- it's been fixed, email us the repair receipt so we can verify details, like making sure the model numbers of your iPad and Zugu Case match.
- We'll process a refund on your original order to cover the repair costs.
- Go back to streaming, scrolling, reading, WFH-ing, and more. Enjoy!
*We cover one-time AppleCare+ repair fees if your iPad gets damaged while in a Zugu case.
