Ready for a repair? Here's how to start:

1. Send an email to support@zugucase.com including:

  • A clear picture (natural lighting helps!)
  • Your Zugu order number
  • Confirmation whether you have an AppleCare+ membership

2. Once we confirm eligibility — limit one time coverage per customer — go ahead and submit your iPad to Apple for repair.

3. Once it's been fixed, email us the repair receipt so we can verify details, like making sure the model numbers of your iPad and Zugu Case match.

4. We'll process a refund on your original order to cover the repair costs.

5. Go back to streaming, scrolling, reading, WFH-ing, and more. Enjoy!


*We cover one-time repair fees if your iPad gets damaged while in a Zugu case.
