Ready for a repair? Here's how to start:

1. Send an email to support@zugucase.com including:
   
   
   1. A clear picture (natural lighting helps!)
   2. Your Zugu order number
   3. Confirmation that you have an AppleCare+ membership


2. Once we confirm eligibility — limit one time coverage per customer — go ahead and submit your iPad to Apple for repair.


3. it's been fixed, email us the repair receipt so we can verify details, like making sure the model numbers of your iPad and Zugu Case match.


4. We'll process a refund on your original order to cover the repair costs.


5. Go back to streaming, scrolling, reading, WFH-ing, and more. Enjoy!

*We cover one-time AppleCare+ repair fees if your iPad gets damaged while in a Zugu case.
