Ready for a repair? Here's how to start:
1. Send an email to support@zugucase.com including:
2. Once we confirm eligibility — limit one time coverage per customer — go ahead and get a quote from Apple for the repair and send to us for approval to proceed.
3. Once it's been fixed, email us the repair receipt so we can verify details, like making sure the model numbers of your iPad and Zugu Case match.
4. We'll process a refund on your original order to cover the repair costs.
5. Go back to streaming, scrolling, reading, WFH-ing, and more. Enjoy!
