    Love this iPad cover because of the magnet that allows it to not slip in the upright position. My 2nd one. Sturdy, clean and colorful.

    However, it didn’t receive it right away, but I did receive a blue fluffy robe that I did not order. So someone slipped up and the package department.

    But it was quickly remedied, and I got my iPad cover

    First one I received was faulty but excellent customer service and immediate replacement with one that works great!

    I ordered my new iPad mini case because I got so sick of the cover I got from Apple, constantly collapsing with the slightest movement. I also didn’t love how my Apple Pencil was so vulnerable just sitting on the edge of the iPad with nothing around it to help secure it. Saw an ad for the zugu somewhere and figured it was worth a try.

    When I received it I was immediately impressed by the strength of the magnets, the multiple choices of angles on positioning, the ability to hang it straight up and the fantastic security for my Apple Pencil. It was heavier and bulkier than I liked but I figured it was a worthwhile trade off to protect my investment. The one big issue I had was that the sleep/wake feature did not work for me most of the time. That was super annoying as that’s a feature I love with my iPad and I knew it would get old very fast. I contacted customer service via email.i got a very quick reply and I tried all their suggestions. At first I thought I had solved the problem but nope, a hour or so later I was back to not having an auto wake up. And I was pretty sure it wasn’t going to sleep when I closed the lid but that was harder to say with certainty. I emailed customer service back, once again received a speedy reply, and made arrangements for an exchange. I honestly felt that I got a faulty model because if this had been the real design no way would they advertise the sleep/wake feature nor would they have such good reviews.     You got it right!

    A great idea! Not some flimsy case or a clumsy hardback. Zulu is a stylish but well thought out protection for my iPad. And I need that! It is a little bit heavier because of the magnet feature, but not enough to be a bother. A good purchase. Give it a try, I think you’ll like it.
