Since 2018 I have had a zugu case for my iPad, and families iPads. This iPad cases are not just “hard plastic”, they have this sort of microfiber protection inside, and that is what sold me. This case has been well thought out for its design I like the several features it has like Placing your iPad in different positions, the pencil holder and the magnetic feature! Thanks !

Fantastic customer service! I had an issue with my cover and the customer service team was excellent, fast and responsive to my concerns and had the issue resolved in no time. This is one instance where you get what you pay for. Yes Zulu cases are more expensive but the quality and fit of their product is top notch and you add in the customer support and you have a winning combination! I recently traded in my 3rd generation Ipad Pro for a 6th generation during a Best Buy sale. I had a Zugu case for my old Ipad Pro, so I decided to get another one for my new Ipad. I was very pleased with the previous Zugu case, but even more impressed with the new one, which seems to hold in the Apple pencil more firmly. Needless to say, I find the Zugu case to be among the best one can buy for durability and protection.
